I was riding my bike on Williamette near Menlo in Portland. A white car TYL 976 passed by me. The passenger yelled out at me Nice Ass Retard. As an individual with disability I take offense to the R word. If there are enough postings on the website with license plates up for public view maybe the offenders will stop.
